„Genemigung für Demo am 14 .Februar ist NICHT erforderlich“

Following the hypocrisy of Iranian government – on one hand “supporting” the Egyptians movement and on the other hand announcing that they will not give a permit to the Green Movement of Iranians to hold a demonstrations which was proposed by Mousavi and Karroubi to be held on Feb 14 in solidarity with popular uprisings in Egypt and Tunisia against dictatorship – the spokesperson of National Trust party (chaired by Mehdi Karroubi) announced that according to Article 27 of constitution, there is no need to have a permit to hold  peaceful rally and added that there was no permit given for the demonstrations of people which took place in June 2009 either, but yet millions of brave people of Iran took to the streets and cried freedom. Previously Ardeshir-Amirarjomand, legal advisor to Mir Hossein Mousavi, had also announced that request for permit is a legal matter and according to constitution there is no obligation to have one for holding peaceful demonstrations therefore the demonstrations will take place as planned regardless of granting a permit or not.
